"... The PEROSH pillar group on ‘psychosocial factors & work organisation' has a special interest in psychosocial factors that are work related and are related to work organisation. However, not all countries have developed approaches from an organizational perspective yet. Besides, many approaches are individually oriented. Moreover, approaches differ in the degree to which they are oriented on research or on intervention. To be able for each country to present their own (variety of) approaches, we formulated definitions, a framework and criteria from which the members could choose elements they considered useful. Not meant as a straitjacket, we proposed this framework to be able to compare findings from all countries afterwards. ..."
