More and more people are leaving the country and working in the grey economy in western countries. The way out of this situation lies in changing the way of thinking of people who still live in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first and most necessary change has to happen in people's minds. A job, existence, family and personal future have to become a priority. After that, all kinds of reforms in almost all sectors are required. Perhaps it seems too complicated, too long and too complex? Yes, indeed. But there are no simple solutions for a problem as complex as Bosnia looks today. "
