"This Research Paper presents the key messages and policy implications of the cross-country and cross-sectoral analysis carried out as part of a European project on ‘The impact of digitalisation on job quality and social dialogue in the public services' (DIGIQU@LPUB). Promoted and coordinated by the Brussels-based thinktank European Social Observatory (OSE) and funded from the European Commission budget line ‘Improving Expertise in the field of Industrial Relations', the study covers eight EU countries – Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, and Spain – and three sectors and services: electricity production and supply, public administrations and public hospital and health services."
