"The aim of this guide is to help organizations and companies - including SMEs and very small enterprises - to establish a psychosocial risk prevention approach that fits into an overall policy of occupational risk management and in social dialogue.
The guide defines these risks, gives the prevention principles and describes in detail the steps to implement a genuine prevention policy. The possible solutions put forward advocate collective measures that consider the organization of work. The guide also describes the actors to mobilize and gives information on some of the existing resources. Every company, every organization can use these steps."
