"Employers may not be looking over workers' shoulders anymore, at least not literally, but workers can be sure that surveillance of their activities and work is taking place. From computer keystrokes to video taping to digital records of the machines workers use, they are being observed. This article examines the new means of surveillance and how pervasive the monitoring of worker activities is becoming."
