"The AIFS' team is publishing this technical volume to showcase the methodology used to develop the OECD AI Capability Indicators, released on June 3 2025. The volume also acknowledges and addresses initial feedback from the computer science community and policymakers following an initial peer review of the Indicators. The chapters of the volume include technical details related to the development of all nine AI Capability Indicators as well as a further draft indicator of Consciousness that was not included in the beta release of the Indicators. A new methodology for leveraging the indicators for analyses of the impact of AI on skill demand is also outlined."
