This is a time for urgent action and the Framework provides a practical blueprint guiding, supporting and enabling investors to make significant progress this decade and well beyond. Market-leading companies have demonstrated that it is entirely possible to be profitable and sustainable at the same time. In fact, businesses and investments that are ESG aligned are increasingly out-performing those that are not.

To meet the commitments being made by investors, there will be a need not only to decarbonise portfolios, but also to increase financing for sustainable solutions in a way that can transform the economy. In this report, the work of IIGCC in creating a framework is shown, in pratice measures, to support investors and the global society. In this report, those investors who are already implementing the Framework are welcomed.
