"The growing use of digital technologies at work poses various risks to workers' mental health and wellbeing. From an occupational safety and health perspective, it is important to identify and prevent such risks by developing practical interventions and policy.
This report presents findings from extensive EU-OSHA research on the topic. It outlines specific psychosocial risks associated with five main types of technology: advanced robotics and artificial intelligence for the automation of tasks, smart digital systems, digital labour platforms, remote working technologies and artificial intelligence for worker management."
