"Crowdworking – eine neue atypische Beschäftigungsform, resultierend aus der stetig fortschreitenden Digitalisierung und Globalisierung, die bereits Einzug in Österreich gehalten hat. Internetbasiertes, örtlich und zeitlich selbstbestimmtes „Arbeiten“ wird jüngst als Entfesselung der Arbeit hochgelobt. Obwohl betriebs- und volkswirtschaftliche Überlegungen neue Arbeitsformen jedenfalls rechtfertigen, so stellen diese, aber zur Zeit insbesondere Crowdworking, die österreichische Arbeitsrechtsordnung vor viele offene Fragen, die im Zuge dieses Beitrags aufgezeigt werden sollen.
Crowdworking – a new atypically way of working. Based on the steady rise of digitalization and globalization, crowdworking found its way to Austria. The time and locally flexible, internet-based system of crowdworking is celebrated as a new unleashed way of working. The economical considerations concerning internetbased working methods are throughout understandable. But new ways of working, especially crowdworking, bring up lots of open ended questions that need to be solved by the Austrian Labour Law. The paper shows up the main problems of crowdworking with the Austrian Labour Law."
