" Arrangements for facility time — time off for trade union duties — are being opened up for potentially hostile scrutiny as a result of the Trade Union Act 2016 and the Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017. A Workplace Report survey of union reps highlights the facility time provided by employers as well as the problems facing reps."
