"In the essay, the author deals with the complexity of the functions currently assigned to trade unions in the Italian system. The analysis of this complexity leads the author to a rethinking of the present situation of regulative anomie about the subjective structure, the organization and the activity of trade unions; from this starting point, the author argues the possibility of a heteronomous intervention in this field also legitimized by the art. 39 of the Constitution. "
