This doctoral thesis focuses on the nasal and chamber provocation tests used in the diagnosis of occupational hypersensitivity pharyngitis and laryngitis, which are rarely diagnosed and probably underestimated diseases. Provocation tests were more sensitive than the measurement of specific IgE or skin prick tests.
