"This study was commissioned by the European Parliament's Policy Department for Justice, Civil Liberties and Institutional Affairs at the request of the Legal Affairs Committee (JURI). It analyses the areas where the Commission's 2023 Annual Report on Monitoring the Application of EU law, the Draghi and the Letta reports overlap: namely, climate action, sustainable finance, and the digital economy.
