Regards sur les juslaboristes
"Starting from Mariucci's essay, the author wonders about the identity of Italian and French labour law scholarship. In particular, the author points out the different institutional and intellectual context in which labour law scholars operate in the two countries, underlining how in France the analytical reports of "social engineers" stand beside the critical and systematic work of labour law scholarship. In the final part, the author remarks that recently the digitisation, i.e. the transformation of social phenomena in numbers, and the correlative method is becoming more and more important among the knowledges on which the reports of "social engineers" are based."
