"The successive phases of crisis in France since for over thirty years have formed or reshaped entire sections of the labour law. In a surprising way, the 2008 financial crisis has not caused, until the beginning of 2012, major legislative amendments nor even affected the processes initiated previously. In contrast, it is expected that the coming years will force an extensive revisions of the social law."
