"The paper analyses the structure of the majority principle in trade union law and its role in the industrial relations. The author distinguishes two functions of majority principle: it is aimed to individuate the Subject and to take decisions about the Contract. The former function of this principle institutionalizes the industrial relations system and therefore the majority principle becomes a regulatory tool of collective conflict."
