"We evaluated employee exposures to metals, including lead and cadmium, at an electronics recycling facility. Personal air concentrations of metals did not exceed any applicable occupational exposure limits. Blood lead and cadmium levels were below biological exposure indices. We found lead and cadmium on employees' hands after they washed them. We recommended that the employer provide employees with a lead-removing product to wash their hands and to include all employees in a lead exposure prevention program"
