"Poland is growing faster than the rest of Europe, and is consequently catching up to wealthier countries. Rising incomes and declining unemployment rates are creating opportunities and prosperity for a growing majority of people. While still related to the level of per capita income, the degree of social inclusion is relatively high compared to other EU member states, and is continuing to improve. However, some vulnerable groups participate in society to a lesser degree than what might be deemed fair. For example, singleparent families with children, as well as workers with precarious jobs who live in conditions of in-work poverty, continue to present policy challenges."
