"Working life and the working environment can pose unique challenges for people with disabilities. Research on working life and disability has often focused on the disability itself, rather than the barriers in the environment, and more knowledge is needed about facilitating and hindering mechanisms at the organisational level, as well as what works for whom and under what conditions. Against this background, the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise has identified a need to increase understanding and gather knowledge about the work environment for this group. The results from the knowledge compilation are presented in this report."
