Thew article discusses the problems privatisation is facing in Bosnia and Herzegovina starting with the post-war conditions in a destroyed country, social and psychological factors such as fear of the unknown, the situation of returning refugies, legal problems based on the Dayton agreement and economic legislation, privatisation of appartments etc."
