"Participative management, both in terms of specific techniques and as a broad value, has become more utilized in recent years. Unfortunately, often participative management approaches have been inappropriately and consequently unsuccessfully implemented. From a review of the literature, influential conditions for the successful implementation of participative management have been identified. These conditions are discussed and then illustrated via a recent case study."
