"The author analyses current phenomenon of the accentuated proliferation of national collective bargaining agreements, highlighting the need to marginalize pathological phenomena from the union system and at the same time, preserving the principle of contractual pluralism based on a criterion of transparency. Beginning with innovative systems of classification of collective agreements, the author puts forth a proposal for measuring the representativeness of employers' associations and delimiting the sectoral perimeters within which to carry out the comparison."
