"The way we work and the way we live are determined by various factors including the environment in which we find ourselves, whether physical, social, political or economic. In today's increasingly complex world, the interrelationships among these dimensions cannot be seen in isolation if we want to understand who we are, what we do and where we want to be. Continuous changes in our world are affecting the answers to these issues. For example, for a certain part of the working population, there is a trend towards working more ‘smartly', making use of technology to have more flexibility but at the same time blurring work and private life. ..."
