"The higher frequency of telework due to the COVID-19 pandemic has led to more research on this form of work organisation and its impact on employee wellbeing and health. While there are benefits to telework, including flexibility and autonomy, there are also drawbacks.
This EU-OSHA report focuses on how telework is currently regulated in Europe, presenting an overview of regulation post COVID-19 in the EU. It also highlights permanent changes in legislation and developments in collective bargaining in several EU Member States since the start of the pandemic crisis."
