"After considering the historical form of labour regulation characteristic of Fordism, this article proposes ways to redefine capital–labour relations in the new setting of economic globalization. Two specific forms of work organization are considered: productive decentralization and recourse to digital labour platforms. The article suggests the utilization of both demand regulatory bodies in which trade unions play a predominant role, together with international normative instruments."
