"Cela fait une quinzaine d'années que je m'intéresse de près à la manière de concevoir les services tutoraux des FOAD au digital learning en passant par les MOOC. En 2010, j'ai publié un article intitulé « Propositions pour l'ingénierie tutorale ». Il était déjà une synthèse de mes idées et de mes pratiques. Par ailleurs, la plupart de mes apports sur ce sujet ont fait l'objet de publication de billets sur le blog de t@d. Depuis, l'enseignement de l'ingénierie tutorale au sein de différents parcours universitaires, tout comme mes pratiques de consultant auprès d'entreprises, de centres de formation et d'universités, ont constamment nourri ma réflexion. Le temps m'a donc semblé venu de donner une nouvelle vision d'ensemble de celle-ci. C'est l'objet de ce livre. Il est constitué des principaux textes que j'ai rédigés sur l'ingénierie tutorale. Ceux-ci ont été amendés afin d'en éliminer les éléments les plus conjoncturels qui risquaient d'être anachroniques. De même, le plan choisi vise à articuler au mieux ces contributions dont le périmètre est très variable. Enfin, il intègre les derniers développements de ma réflexion, en particulier ceux de ces deux dernières années. "This paper sets out to provide an overview of European policies concerning validation of non-formal and informal learning, and to offer some reflections with regards to European governance modes in the field of educational and employment policies, and the consistency of policies for validating non-formal and informal learning with initiatives focused on occupational transitions. In view of an evaluation of the impact of the Council's Recommendation of December 2012 on the validation of informal and non-formal learning (as well as its possible review expected for 2019), the paper offers some preliminary elements for evaluating the relevance, the efficacy, and the consistency of European action in this field and speculates about the likely direction of future developments."
