Ausgehend von aktuellen Debatten zur Reform der Arbeitspolitik werden die unterschiedlichen Szenarien der Restrukturierung in Kernsektoren der chinesischen Exportwirtschaft und die in Leitunternehmen dieser Branchen vorzufindenden Produktionsregimes analysiert. Damit sollen neue Perspektiven für die Analyse der Arbeitsbeziehungen in China entwickelt und die Widersprüche arbeitspolitischer Reformbemühungen "von oben" herausgearbeitet werden.
