"The Dutch Committee on Occupational Safety (DECOS) of the Health Council of the Netherlands has released a report summarizing the health effects of diesel engine exhaust. The report includes estimates of health-based occupational cancer risk values, and concludes that there is no safe exposure concentration below which no adverse health effects occur."
